- 24 Access to a Concierge: The fee ensures the Concierge is available to the client's home needs.
- Consultation: this covers initial consultations, strategy discussions, and advice related to needs of the property.
- Service Costs: The fee may include charges for service such as a property visual inspection. (A La Carte services not included)
- Monthly Charge: Fee billed and charged monthly.
- Cancellation: Cancel at any time.
